A well-maintained and ideal hotel with very very helpful employees such that service would n't be available. Comfortable bed, great-sized bathroom and central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room. Incredibly beautiful view of downtown. Excellent, good location near the downtown area, and many restaurants. Also, to most everything you might need.

Courteous staff of the hotel such that service would n't be available. Also, location was marvellous and incredible, not very far from University of North Carolina. Plus, it was adjacent to restaurants and stores as well as stores, restaurants and bars and the fabulous Crunkleton Club directly across the street.

Everything was simply perfect. It was a comfortable stay because of the service and ease of stay. My room was tastefully decorated & modern with comfortable bedding by Hilton and balcony, for instance. The location was great and absolutely incredible for walking around Ackland Art Museum.

The hotel was also incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel's location close to everything in the downtown area was ideal. It was within walking distance of all the amenities I needed, including restaurants like 411 and other shops. The convenience of having everything nearby made my stay here very enjoyable.
